Brigitte Vittur was born on August 16, 1971, in Bressanone (Bolzano). She began her dance studies in Florence at the Centro di Danza Polska with teachers Monika Krivosinka, Janusz Pietchak, and Danuta Piasecka, and participated in the Prix de Lausanne competition.
In the same year, she received a scholarship to the Académie Princesse Grace in Monaco, directed by Marika Besobrasova. She then graduated from the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart, directed by Heinz Clauss, with instructors Rodika Simion, Bernd Berg, Ute Mitreuter. She continued her training in Florence at the Centro Studi Danza e Movimento, studying with Alla Ossipenko, Lilia Bertelli, Rosanna Seravalle, Susan Sentler, Deanna Losi, Fabrizio Monteverde, and Dino Verga. She also obtained certification in Progressing Ballet Technique.
